What is "self
-ligation" treatment?
Traditional
orthodontic treatment involves "tying in" with elastic bands or
small stainless steel wires.
Damon self-ligating braces
have a built-in
"sliding door" that holds the wire, allowing it to move more
freely to straighten
your teeth. This means more comfortable treatment
and fewer office visits to
achieve your beautiful new smile.
The most comfortable orthodontic treatment ever
Because of its unique
sliding door, Damon braces allow us to use high-tech,
light force wires to achieve tooth movement. This means less
pressure on your
teeth for more comfortable treatment.
Fewer office visits
Since the Damon braces work more efficiently, they require fewer
adjustments
so your treatment will probably require fewer office visits than
conventional braces.
We want to make your treatment as comfortable as possible and
fit easily into your
